Dana Carvey plays an "enthusiastic" John Bolton.

It’s very important to me that nobody thinks President Trump has handed the keys to the war machine to some sort of hair-trigger lunatic. Because if I heard someone say that, I’d blow them up quick!

"Bolton's" mustache, which he affectionately calls "General Snowball," appears to grow exponentially as the segment progresses.
